As Mama Yoyo Baby&Kids, we ship the orders maximum in 3 working days. Depending on your country and the availability of the cargo companies. We work with DHL and UPS  depending on the lead times to your company. Mostly the goods arrive in 5 to 15 days depending on the country. 

Returns and Exchanges

As Mama Yoyo Baby&Kids, your satisfaction with our products is our top priority. You can return a Mama Yoyo product that you are not satisfied with within 15 days after you received the product.

Return Policy

You can return the product you purchased on www.mamayoyo.com.tr within 15 days of receipt. The shipping cost of the product to be exchanged or returned belongs to the buyer. You must send the returned or damaged products, with the package content complete and undamaged.

As Mama Yoyo Baby&Kids, we can not accept the return of used, washed products.

In case a defective product is sent by Mama Yoyo Baby&Kids, the shipping cost for the return or exchange belongs to Mama Yoyo Baby&Kids.

Return Process

You can send your product to the address below by filling in the form that we will forward you.

Your return process will be completed within 48 hours after your product or products reach our warehouse.

After your return process is complete, we will notify you via your registered e-mail address.

Refund

After your return request is approved, the refund you request will be paid back to your credit card or bank account you used during the shopping.

Since the process of transferring the refund amount to your account may differ from bank to bank, we recommend that you contact your bank if you have a problem in this process.

Additional information

Any shipping fee you have paid for is non-refundable except the defeat products.

Returns of products whose box or label is damaged / missing during the return process cannot be accepted. Please send the products you want to return in the delivery box sent to you or in the cargo bag that you can obtain from the cargo.

If your invoice is issued on behalf of an institution, you must issue a return invoice. For corporate orders, we cannot accept your return without a return invoice.
